Vivian has been an incredible help to the lab. She is the community relations person for Barnes and Noble - and filled with a wealth of knowledge and connections in our community. After our first meeting this summer.. she said that what we’re doing in the lab - is really Barnes and Nobles mission statement.
We boldly asked her if she might look into the possibility of Barnes & Noble and Starbucks putting a little store in the lab next year. In talking to her.. we’re thinking Starbucks might especially like our - let’s be green about people - mantra.
Vivian set up a book table for our suggested reads and here is working out the details for a Book Fair for the lab January 21, 22, 23 2011.
